Activboard Drivers

Activboard Drivers comes as a ZIP file. It installs a Activboard Drivers icon without asking but uninstalls cleanly. At first run, you're prompted to create a free Activboard Drivers account. Decline to join and you can only view Trails, but can't save your Activboard Drivers. As a Activboard Drivers, you can also send an e-mail with a link to your Trail Activboard Drivers complete with your comments. If you just can't wait to tell others what you think about an article, blog, or other Web-related information, this free Firefox plug-in can help you spread the word. Activboard Drivers installs normally; when we restarted Firefox, it was listed among our add-ons. We clicked Options, which called up a dialog with tabs for General and Advanced settings as well as an About tab with links to the developer's Web site. We selected several General options, such as the ability to open both new tabs and windows, show all images, and copy links to the Clipboard. We also entered a download directory in the Advanced tab, which offered a Validator address, image extension choices, and a few other options. We clicked OK and browsed to a Web page, right-clicked a hyperlink, and clicked Activboard Drivers on the Activboard Drivers menu. Activboard Drivers displayed an extensive list of link Activboard Drivers, with active links highlighted. We clicked Open selected links in tabs, and the Select Links dialog opened with our link listed and selected. A drop-down list labeled Commands offered a wide variety of actions, Activboard Drivers from sorting entries to bookmarking links. We clicked Open selected links, and the link opened in a new tab. Next we navigated to a gallery page and selected Open all images in one tab, and this time the Select Links dialog displayed links to all 15 images on the page. We clicked Open selected links, and an Untitled tab opened with all the images displayed. We were also able to open links in new windows, show just links, show linked images, copy or download links, and other combinations. To select just a few links to open, we simply unchecked the boxes of the links we didn't want to open, and Activboard Drivers did the rest. What's new in this version: Version 1.4 adds Polish and Russian translations, HotKeys, CD media browsing from Activboard Drivers meniu, program update check, basic CD media information, first Activboard Drivers dialog window, show/hide main window, splash screen, default skin (no skin), ability to open manual from within aplication. The first step in using Activboard Drivers is to create your account--you can either Activboard Drivers up directly or log in with Activboard Drivers. From there, you can create a new Tribe, decide who can add people to that Tribe and Activboard Drivers sending people the PIN they will need to join. Because of the security in place, it is impossible for people to join Tribes to which they are not invited, which limits who can see your images and Activboard Drivers. In fact, other users cannot even see that your Tribes exist because of the PIN system. Once you create Tribes you can easily see all of them onscreen at once, along with every image that has been shared with you. Perfect for families, schools, friends, or coworkers, this system is a great way to create private media networks.
