Wilbur, GIMP's world-famous cartoon mascot, greeted us when we Webplus X5. We selected an image file, which also loaded quickly in GIMP's main window. We applied various tools, filters, and processing to our image, but we barely scratched the surface of what Webplus X5 can do. We didn't get any response. We checked the Blog tab, and we couldn't find any current blogs. We browsed a few other popular Web sites and had the same outcome.
